1. Who We Are

Santa Rosa Junk Removal Pros is a California-licensed, locally owned junk removal company based in Santa Rosa CA 95401. These terms govern your use of our website and any services you book with us across Santa Rosa and Sonoma County.

2. Our Services

We provide junk removal, furniture removal, appliance removal, mattress removal, estate cleanouts, garage cleanouts, and construction debris removal across Santa Rosa CA and Sonoma County. All services include on-site assessment, removal, hauling, and responsible disposal. We reserve the right to decline any job at our discretion.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are confirmed on-site after our crew assesses the job. We do not begin any work until you have approved the final price.

• Price is based on volume of items and truck space used
• The quoted price is final — no hidden fees after loading
• Payment is due upon job completion unless agreed otherwise
• We accept cash, card, and electronic payment
• Additional charges may apply for hazardous items or access issues not disclosed at booking

⚠ If the actual scope differs from the booking description, our crew will reassess and give a revised price before proceeding. You are never obligated to accept a revised price.

4. Booking & Cancellation

Bookings are accepted by phone, text, email, or website form. When you book a junk removal appointment you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the job location, items, and access
• Be present or have an authorized person available at time of service
• Give at least 2 hours notice to cancel or reschedule
• Cancellations with less than 2 hours notice may incur a small trip fee

5. Items We Cannot Remove

For legal and safety reasons we are unable to haul the following:

• Hazardous waste paint, motor oil, pesticides, chemicals, solvents
• Medical or biohazard materials
• Asbestos-containing materials
• Propane tanks or compressed gas cylinders
• Any item illegal to transport under California law

These items will be set aside during your job. Sonoma County Household Hazardous Waste drop-off is available free at 500 Mecham Road, Petaluma CA.

6. Liability & Property Damage

We carry full California liability insurance and take every precaution on every job. The following conditions apply:

• We are not liable for pre-existing damage to items or structures
• We are not liable for damage to driveways or lawns caused by normal vehicle use
• You are responsible for ensuring safe access to the property and all items for removal
• We are not responsible for items accidentally included in a removal that you did not intend to discard

⚠ Please clearly identify all items to be removed before we begin. Once items have been loaded and left your property, retrieval cannot be guaranteed.

7. Eco-Friendly Disposal

We are a Zero Waste Sonoma certified disposal partner. We donate usable items before disposal and route all waste through certified facilities. We cannot guarantee donation of specific items this depends on condition and charity availability. Donation receipts are provided on request.

8. Governing Law & Changes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Sonoma County, California. We may update these terms from time to time the updated date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of our services means you accept the current terms.
